Standard Shipping within the European Union.

We ship via FedEx.

Standard Shipping

We currently offer standard free shipping on all domestic orders to any E.U. member state, as well as to the United Kingdom and Iceland.  

Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Your final shipping cost and estimated delivery time-frame will be available to you during checkout*. Please note, some items may require a longer ship-out and/or delivery timeframe. These items are included in our Shipping & Delivery Exceptions chart.

Our standard shipping method is ground shipping. We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx, and the official State Postal Service. At this time we are unable to guarantee you the option to select your carrier of choice.

Standard Return Policy for Electronics:

The items must arrive at our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. You must return items in their original condition to qualify for a full refund. We will issue a partial refund of up to 70 percent if returned items have been opened, used, or returned late. 

International Shipping:

We proudly offer international shipping to over 180 countries, including the United States and several US Territories. Click here to see a list of supported countries by region. Please note, the estimated delivery time-frame displayed at checkout combines the time to process your order, transit time to our International export facility plus the processing time to ship it outside of the European Economic Area (‘EEA’).

Additional fees may be required by the carrier for deliveries to remote shipping locations.

How does International Ordering Work?

When placing an International order, make sure that you change the Ship To flag to your destination. The website will change to show products available to ship to the selected country, and will also display pricing in the selected country’s currency. 

Once you have added your products to your cart, you can proceed to the checkout page. If you are shipping to a non-EU country within the EEA, your checkout will be serviced by our website. If you are shipping to another country, our partner FedEx Cross Border will complete your checkout.

Exception: Canada Shipping (Landmark). 
When shipping to Canada, we will provide you with a domestic tracking number to track the item as it makes its way to the closest Canadian shipping hub. You will receive your item within the timeframe provided to you at checkout. If your item does not arrive within the quoted time-frame, please contact our support. 

All Other Countries (FedEx Cross Border) 
Checkout for all non EU, non EEA countries aside from Canada is handled by our partner FedEx Cross Border. FedEx Cross Border will provide a Unified Tracking link in your order confirmation at the time of purchase. This tracking link allows you to track the package from the warehouse to your destination. You will receive your item within the timeframe provided during checkout.


The standard free shipping option does not apply to international orders. Some products are not eligible for international shipment. Also, additional restrictions may apply.
