RETURN/REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with selected products. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full payment refund, store credit, or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by us. 

REFUNDS

You have the right to cancel purchase agreement before it shipped. To realize your right of termination, you must inform us of your decision to terminate agreement and provide your order number, and provide reason of cancellation for our bank processing purposes and increasing excellence of customer service.


EFFECTS OF CANCELLATION
 

We will issue refunds without undue delay if there will be any unexpected cases, and not later than:


(a) in 5-7 business days once we receive the goods from you.


(b) in 7 business days after you provide evidence that you have returned the item.


(c) if the goods have not been shipped, then in 1-3 business days after we are informed of your decision to terminate the contract.


We will make a refund using the same payment options that you used for the original transaction, unless you explicitly agreed otherwise.
